NGUYEN A/K/A SANG NGUYEN A/K/A SANG THI NGUYEN; VISTA LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 03/10/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
