NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 9, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 2010-CA-011637-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, GENEVIEVE DOTY A/K/A GENEVIEVE MARGARET DOTY A/K/A GENEVIEVE M. DOTY, DECEASED; CAROL ANN ADAMS; CAROL ANN ADAMS, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF GENEVIEVE DOTY A/K/A GENEVIEVE MARGARET DOTY A/K/A GENEVIEVE M.
