NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-014122-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and CHRISTIAN J. LEEMING A/K/A CHRISTIAN LEEMING; LEYLA M. LEEMING A/K/A LEYLA LEEMING; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED, INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 4 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

WEST 500 FEET OF LOT 65 AND LESS WEST 500 FEET OF SOUTH 150 FEET OF LOT 66 AND LESS BEGIN SE CORNER OF LOT 65 RUN NORTH 315 FEET: WEST 435 FEET: SOUTHEASTERLY TO POINT 255 FEET WEST OF POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE EAST TO POINT OF BEGINNING AND LESS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
