NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-008361 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INCORPORATED is Plaintiff and JOHN MANISCALCO; SHERRY A. LEMPKA; SHERRY A LEMPKA, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR DANIEL GARRETT LEMPKA TRUST US 08/30/02; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; VIVIANA MANISCALCO; DENNER PELLEGRINO LLP; NORTH SHORE AT LAKE HART HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 4 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 51, NORTH SHORE AT LAKE HART PARCEL 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 135 THROUGH 143, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
