BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and DONALD W. CHAVIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONALD W. CHAVIS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk. realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 3 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
