NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 6, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-012814-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and ANITA BOSHIER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 204, in Building 2, of SANDLAKE PRIVATE RESIDENCES, a Condominium according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 7827, at Page 2548, of the Public Records of Orange County, FL.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
