and commonly known as: 1005 WESTSIDE DR, WINTER GARDEN, FL 34787; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on February 13, 2014 at 11 AM.
