NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 4, 2013, entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-002250-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CAPITAL ONE, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ING BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL STOPPERICH; NANCY STOPPERICH, A/K/A NANCY M. STOPPERICH; SUNTRUST BANK are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 6th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
FROM A POINT 620.7 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 23 SOUTH RANGE 28 EAST, RUN S. 89 DEGREES 50' 30 E. 752 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE S. 89 DEGREES 50'30 E. 275 FEET, SOUTH 186.3 FEET; THENCE N. 89 DEGREES 50'30 W.,275 FEET, NORTH 186.3 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD OVER THE SOUTH 30 FEET ABD THE EAST 30 FEET THEREOF, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
