D/B/A WELLESLEY APARTMENTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A C.D. ERWIN; TENANT #2 N/K/A CHERESE ERWIN are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 02/13/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
