NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2013-CA-006481-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and GEORGE ANDREWS, II A/K/A GEORGE S. ANDREWS II, TUCKER OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, TUCKER OAKS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 13th day of February, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT A, BUILDING 13, TUCKER OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9076, PAGE 3637, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
