NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-019717-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and CLARISA ARROYO, CLERK OF COURT, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THE STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, JOSE CASTRO A/K/A JOSE A CASTRO , UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CLARISA CASTRO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 10th day of February, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT PART OF LOT 1, BLOCK 18, OF ROCKET CITY UNIT 1 A/K/A CAPE ORLANDO ESTATES UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Z, PAGES 29 THROUGH 31,
INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS;
BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1, THENCE RUN NORTH 89°48'20” EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 1, 46.51 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 00°04'16” EAST 125 FEET, TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 1; THENCE RUN SOUTH 89°48'20” WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 1, 46.51 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1; THENCE RUN NORTH 00°04'16” WEST ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 1, 125 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
