NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-012876-O of the 9th Judicial Circuit in Orlando, Orange County, Florida, Colleen M. Reilly, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. EST on the 7th day of February, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
