CANZANO A/K/A VINCE CANZANO; YOLANDA LOPEZ-CANZANO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; VISTA CAY AT HARBOR SQUARE MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; VISTA CAY AT HARBOR SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNIVERSAL BOULEVARD PROPRETY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. UNIT 40109, PHASE 9, VISTA CAY AT HARBOR SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AND ALL IT ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8613, PAGE 1168, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8620, PAGE 3104, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8669, PAGE 1526, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8710, PAGE 2513, AS RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8760, PAGE 2143, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
