NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-002934-O, of the County Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Vista Cay at Harbor Square Master Community Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit is Plaintiff, and Alexander Kvam and Unknown Tenant are Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on February 19, 2014, in an online sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 20814, Phase 14, VISTA CAY AT HARBOR SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium, and all it attachments and amendments, as recorded in Official Records Book 8613, Page 1168, as amended by Amendment to Declaration as recorded in Official Records Book 8620, Page 3104, as amended by Amendment to Declaration as recorded in Official Records Book 8669, Page 1526, as amended by Amendment to Declaration recorded in Official Records Book 8935, Page 3232, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances hereunto appertaining and specified in said Declaration of Condominium.
