NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause on October 22, 2013 and the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on January 16, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I shall sell the subject property described as:
Lot 36, Block 4974, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 93, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Pages 1A through 1-Z-4, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
at public sale on March 12, 2014, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Internet at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
