NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2014 and entered in Case No. 1204550CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, as odysseus llc, is Plaintiff and suzanne m. mchardy, unknown spouse of suzanne m. mchardy, foxmoor of foxfire condominium iii association, inc., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 10 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 105, Foxmoor of Foxfire Condominium 111, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, of record in Official Record Book 1097, Pages 204 through 279, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Street Address: 1051 Foxfire Lane, Naples, FL 34105
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
