NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 0804039CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Court in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, THe bank of new york mellon fka the bank of new york, as trustee for the certificateholders of the cwalt, inc. alternative loan trust 2007-hy7c mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2007-hy7c, Plaintiff, and, nuria ulloa, et al., are Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 10 day of February, 2014, the following described property:
the west 180 feet of tract 109, golden gate estates, unit no. 24, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 7, at page 11 and 12, of the public records of collier county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
