NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 13, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-007861 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein EverHome Mortgage Company, Plaintiff and Omar Ignacio Nostas a/k/a Omar Nostas and Fabiola M. Ruiz are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on February 10, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
lot 4, block 6, palm springs village, unit 1, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 8, page 23, of the public records of collier county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
