NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to that certain Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated the 14th day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-386, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, that te Clerk shall sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on the 12 day of February, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 4, Block F (Buonasera) Mediterra Phase Three East, Unit Two, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 82, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
