NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2014, and entered in 2009 CA 00979 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-2, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-2, is the Plaintiff and LISA ANNE MANG AHLSTROM; ROBERT EDMUND AHLSTROM; AFFORDABLE LANDSCAPING SERVICE AND DESIGN; NATIONAL CITY BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on February 10, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, BLOCK 28 OF MARCO BEACH, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE(S) 9-16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
