Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated January 10, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 41 2012CA008074AX, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR, ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-W1, SALE AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JANUARY 1, 2006 is the Plaintiff, and RICHARD A. FOLTZ, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 5, LESS THE SOUTH 1 FOOT THEREOF, THE TRAILS, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE(S) 175 THROUGH 181, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 11th day of March, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
