NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 6, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 011934 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2006-6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6 is Plaintiff and JOHN N. LUONG, LIN LUONG, JOHN LUONG, LIN LUONG, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A, COUNTRY MEADOWS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of February, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 1011, COUNTRY MEADOWS PHASE I, a Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 73, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
