NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 11, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 11-2012-CA-001539, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein, wells fargo bank, na is the Plaintiff, and, frances k. perez nka frances k. petrow; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF frances k. perez nka frances k. petrow; pebble shores condominium association inc; and unknown tenant(s) in possession are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on this 12 day of March, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
