NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6, 2013, entered in Case No. 1201937CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to countrywide bank, fsb is the Plaintiff and karen d. leiti is the Defendant, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 10 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
the west 180 feet of tract 83, golden gate estates unit no. 26, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 7, pages 15 and 16 of the public records of collier county, florida.
