NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 3, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-006857 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDER OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-J1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-J1 (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and COREY BABCOCK A/K/A COREY F. BABCOCK; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF COREY BABCOCK A/K/A COREY F. BABCOCK N/K/A MICHELLE BABCOCK; DEANNE M BABCOCK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CITY OF PALMETTO; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 3rd day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 34, RANGE 19 EAST, THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 53 MINUTES 20 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 20 A DISTANCE OF 990.51 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 01 MINUTES 10 SECONDS EAST 660 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 53 MINUTES 20 SECONDS EAST, PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 20, 330 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 01 MINUTES 10 SECONDS WEST, 660 FEET TO THE POINT OF INTERSECTION OF SAID LINE, AND THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 20; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 53 MINUTES 20 SECONDS WEST ALONG NORTH LINE OF SECTION 20, 330 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY ALONG THE NORTH LINE AND LESS THE EAST 25 FEET THEREOF FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES, ALL LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
