NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10th, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2009-00264-CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, hsbc Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee on behalf of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust and for the registered holders of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-SD3, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, is Plaintiff and Monika B. Van Stone, and Barbara Tisha, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 10 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 2, of bella woods, a replat of tract 52, golden gate estates, unit no. 32, according to the plat recorded in plat book 22, page 21, of the public records of collier county, florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
