NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11 2013, entered in Case No.: 09-9602 CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein wells fargo bank, n.a., as trustee for wamu mortgage pass through certificates series 2006-pr1 trust is Plaintiff and GATZ PROPERTIES II, LLC, et al., are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: Collier County Courthouse, Courthouse Annex - Third Floor lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trial East, Naples, FL 34112 at: 11:00 o'clock, a.m. on March 12, 2014, the following described property:
