NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JANUARY 6, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41-2013-CA-005234 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and ROCIO ZAMUDIO; MIRIAM ZAMUDIO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROCIO ZAMUDIO N.K.A JOSE RAMIREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MIRIAM ZAMUDIO N.K.A EDDER FRANCO are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on February 7, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK D, SYLVAN OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 85 THROUGH 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
