NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 14, 2014 and entered in Case No. 41-2013-CA-000976 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2006-EMX2 is the Plaintiff and CARIDAD G GONZALEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., D/B/A AMERICA'S SERVICING COMPANY; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 14th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
