NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 17 day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 124549CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and LORE HANDY A/K/A LORE S HANDY, REFLECTION LAKES AT NAPLES I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, REFLECTION LAKES AT NAPLES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC, SHELLY ENTERPRISES INC, AN INACTIVE CORPORATION, MICHAEL HANDY and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 10 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 1404, BUILDING 14, REFLECTION LAKES AT NAPLES I, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3890, PAGE 2181, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
