NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 14, 2014 and entered in Case No. 41-2013-CA-003409 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JAMES M THIBAULT; NANCY THIBAULT; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; LAUREL OAK PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; DDM TRUST SERVICES, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 4 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
