NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-002442, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-4 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CASTRO ALDAJUSTE; VENISE ALDAJUSTE; THE GOLDEN GATE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; GOLDEN GATE ESTATES AREA CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the LOBBY on the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 10th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 196 GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
