NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Order Approving Joint Stipulation and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale” (the “Order”), entered on January 13, 2014, and “Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure” (the “Final Judgment”), entered on December 12, 2013, in the above-styled action in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of Manatee County will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, as described in the attached Exhibit “A,” to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on February 19, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter.

Parcel 1: CDM Mortgaged Property:

Sections 3 and 10, Township 34 South, Range 20 East, Manatee County, Florida, LESS lands lying North of the Southerly line of lands conveyed in O.R. Book 1623, Page 1183, said Southerly line also being the Northerly line of a 50 foot gas line easement as recorded in Deed Book 396, Page 95, as modified in O.R. Book 1577, Page 2817, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

TOGETHER WITH those certain non-exclusive easements as described in O.R. Book 1662, Page 411 and O.R. Book 1691, Page 5206, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

Parcel 2: First Myakka Mortgaged Property:

Tracts 33 and 48, Section 24 Pomello Park, according to the Plat thereof recorded Plat Book 6, Page 61, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, LESS road right of way.

Parcel 3: Second Myakka Mortgaged Property:

Parcel 1, Tract 49, Pomello Park of Section 24, Township 35 South, Range 20 East, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, page 61, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, LESS the East 1/2 thereof as described in O.R. Book 1155 page 517.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
