AS TRUSTEE OF THE HARBORVIEW 2006-12 TRUST FUND, Plaintiff and DAVID A.. FRANKENFIELD, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.manatee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 11:00 AM , February 11, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
