Johnson and Theresa Faye Johnson a/k/a Theresa F. Johnson, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on February 18, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
