NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 25, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-000012 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Michael Graves and Constance Graves a/k/a Connie G. Graves, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on February 25, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK D, BRADEN RIVER LAKES, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 42 THROUGH 47, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
