WIDNER; LISA SUE WIDNER; LEWIS CALVIN WIDNER A/K/A CALVIN WIDNER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEWIS CALVIN WIDNER A/K/A CALVIN WIDNER; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA) N.A; are defendants. TOGETHER WITH MOBILE HOME WHICH IS PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO SAID LAND
