NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 15, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-001821 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11, Plaintiff and Marco A. Ramirez a/k/a Marco Ramirez are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on February 12, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 4, AMENDED PLAT OF NAPLES MANOR EXTENSION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, AT PAGE 101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
