Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 18, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 31, PLEASANT OAKS ESTATES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 2906 95TH DR. E., PARRISH, FL 34219-9276
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on February 18, 2014 beginning at 11:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
