NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 10, 2014 in Civil Case No. 11-2008-CA-009563, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DBALT 2005-4 is the Plaintiff, and MAURICIO QUINTANA; YSELA M. QUINTANA; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on this 10 day of February, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 84, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 60, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
