NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-000308-WS -, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and BETH E. NILES; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
