and ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to reform the legal description in a mortgage, to foreclosure a mortgage, and for determination of beneficiaries concerning real property in Sarasota County, Florida, commonly known as 4521 Deer Ridge Place, Sarasota, Florida 34233, and which is legally described as follows:
Lot 8, Block I, South Gate Ridge Unit 3, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 93 and 93A of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's Attorney, David L. Boyette, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before February 24th, 2014 or within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
