NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 3, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013 CA 002523 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Karla R. Evans; Unknown Spouse of Karla R. Evans; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 7th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 319, RIDGEWOOD ESTATES, 1ST ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA.
