NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 014596 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY GERBER; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; MICHAEL A CHIANTELLA; adds UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTERST IN THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL A CHIANTELLA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 10th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
WEST 32 1/2 FEET OF LOT 3 AND ALL OF LOT 4, BLOCK 7, HORTON ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 214, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
