NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 007258 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and Patrick Connors, Barbara Chaberek, South Venice Civic Association, Inc, the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 9:00 a.m. on February 19, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 9928 And 9929, South Venice, Unit No. 36 According To The Plat Thereof Recorded In Plat Book 6, Page 92 Public Records Of Sarasota County, Florida.
