NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-000629-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE, ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and DALE CHEEK; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR CTX MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC; MEGAN L. CHEEK and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 12th day of February, 2014, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, EAGLE RANCH SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
