Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 27, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 41, BLOCK 415, 9TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 21, 21A THROUGH 21S, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
a/k/a 3450 MORAVIA AVE, NORTH PORT, FL 34286
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on February 11, 2014 beginning at 09:00 AM.
