NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated September 11, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-000136 ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff, and DANA PETERSEN A/K/A DANA M. PETERSEN A/K/A DANA PETERSON; EDUARDO MORA; DUPREE LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendant(s).
PAULA S. O'NEIL, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 10th day of February, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 3, DUPREE LAKES PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
