Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of PASCO County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in PASCO County, Florida described as:
LOT 332, OF THE PROPOSED PLAT OF PALM TERRACE GARDENS UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PROPOSED PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 544, PAGE 387, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 11111 Areca Drive, Port Richey, Florida 34668, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., on MARCH 11, 2014, at 11:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
