NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 007097 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and KATIE A. BOX A/K/A KATIE ANN BOX JUSTIN W. BOX A/K/A JUSTIN WESLEY BOX BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 12th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18 BLOCK 448 9TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12 PAGES 21 21A THROUGH 21S OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
